We are a non-profit organization located in Queens, New York (our
address can be found in the home page)
We strongly encourage elementary to middle school students to join!
Color In Milk is led by determined and hard-working high school students

below. You will be taken to a Google Doc, and you can follow the steps
below:
Print the form by clicking "File" at the top left corner
Scroll down and click "Print"
After printing, fill out the form to your best ability
